-
Monday, September 21, 2020,
6:00 PM -
7:30 PM
Join Monroe County 4-H for an online workshop exploring the importance and beauty of soil through art!
-
We will learn how soils can be classified and explore the possible colors of soil through painting. You may be asking yourself, “Why would one want to learn about and paint with soils?” Soil is one of our most important natural resources. The many properties of soils bring beauty and color to our landscape and serve as an important layer on our planet to provide structure and nutrients for many organisms. Painting with the colors and textures of soil is fascinating and a creative opportunity for all ages!
